| All items will be shipped by Canada Post unless special arrangements have been agreed upon prior to purchase. If you would like a shipping upgrade please contact me for a quote. |
| Refunds and Exchanges |
| Please contact me asap regarding returns, I will do everything possible to ensure you are a happy customer! Any returns must be in original condition, postage dated no later than 1 week after our email and will be credited once received. Custom orders are not returnable. |
