Studio Policies

 

Thank you for taking the time to educate yourself on my studio policies. I take pride in my shop and reputation, always striving to provide the best service possible in a timely fashion. Questions are welcomed about my work and products. I regularly check for email and will answer promptly!

Payment

Prices may be viewed in multiple currencies, but payment will be processed in Canadian dollars with the exchange applied through your payment processor. (PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, etc.) 

Shipping

Most items are made to order and will take 3 - 5 business days to be prepared for shipping.

All items will be shipped by Canada Post unless special arrangements have been agreed upon prior to purchase. Shipping outside of Canada generally takes 2 weeks but can be delayed by customs when entering your country. Patience is appreciated at these times.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.  

Refunds and Exchanges

Please contact me asap regarding returns, I will do everything possible to ensure you are a happy customer! Any returns must be in original condition, postage dated no later than 1 week after our email and will be credited once received. Earrings and custom orders are not returnable.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

My company, Luttrell Studio, is registered at the Packaging Register of the Stiftung Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister (Foundation Central Agency Packaging Register – ZSVR) with registration number DE2776356072473. My Dual System Licensing partner for the collection, sorting & recycling of the packaging is ACTIVATE by RECLAY.

As consumer please ensure that all received packaging is separated, reused and/or disposed of in the right recycling containers, at home or locally. Thank you!

 Most Important!

Please remember you are dealing with a person and not a chain store! If you would like to mix something up, switch a chain or a size not listed just ask! It can usually be done and in most cases shouldn't delay your order in any way. I am always happy to hear from you and to work with your requests!
